Dr. Josef Hainz ist Senior Associate im Berliner Büro und überwiegend im europäischen und deutschen Kartellrecht tätig. Er verfügt über umfangreiche Expertise in Fusionskontroll- und Kartellverfahren mit einem Fokus auf Unternehmen aus dem Telekommunikations-, Pharma-, Chemie- und Bankensektor. Er unterrichtet deutsches und europäisches Kartellrecht an der Universität Potsdam.
